The Easycare Five-Step Design Process

Design ProcessTo ensure your final design is a perfect balance of your creative ideas, your lifestyle needs and the elements of good design, Easycare follows a five-step design process.

Onsite Consultation

An initial consultation is conducted at your home or building site so our Designer or Landscape Architect gains a clear understanding of the site constraints, your landscaping ideas and your lifestyle requirements.

Design Proposal

The second step is to provide you with a design proposal. You will receive a quote for the design process divided into the two stages of concept plan and final landscape plan.

Concept Plan

You will be presented with a concept plan. This is a visual interpretation of the design ideas discussed and proposed and shows how they will work for you in your space.

If you are happy with the concept plan and wish to go further, a detailed landscape plan will then be provided with any agreed adjustments.

Landscape Plan

Whilst a concept plan is very useful to get a picture of what your landscape will look like, a landscape plan is fully-detailed and rendered and will include notes, plant names, positions and pot sizes.

It provides clear instructions on how the landscape should be built, including recommended materials, irrigation and planting instructions. It provides the basis for construction quotes.

Design ProcessConstruction Quote

Because we understand construction and have thorough attention to detail, we can also provide a quote to construct your customised design.
